Making Jesus Known

The Church of St. John the Baptist

12125 Yonge Street • Richmond Hill • Ontario • L4E 3M4 • Canada

Welcome!

Making Jesus Known is the website of St John the Baptist Anglican Church: a vibrant, growing and diverse community of people located in Oak Ridges, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

A welcome message from the pastor

Welcome and thank you for visiting us today. As the website name “Making Jesus Known” implies we are unashamedly all about and full on for Jesus. He is the person who has brought purpose, hope and joy to our lives and He is the reason we care for each other and for our wider community.

Once you have seen what this website has to offer our challenge to you is that you come to St John’s church as one of our guests and discover Jesus for yourself – being with the community is a lot more fun than just reading about us! The services are informal, you can bring a coffee with you and you will not be required to do anything you don’t want to. When you are with us you will discover that God wrote a manual for our lives, the Bible, and we take this book seriously looking for ways to practically apply its truths.

We also have a cracking program for children of all ages from nursery to the end of Grade School – please check out Kidtopia and iYouth.

We very much look forward to meeting you in person
